In 1999, she graduated from the Semipalatinsk State Medical Academy with a degree in Pediatrics. From 1999 to 2002, she studied at the SSMA postgraduate School at the Department of Propaedeutics of Children's Diseases.
From 2003 to 2009, she worked as an assistant at the Department of Children's Diseases of the Pavlodar branch of the SSMA. In April 2004, she defended her PhD thesis on the topic "The prevalence and effectiveness of specific immunotherapy for bronchial asthma in children". Since January 2010, she worked as an assistant, then as an acting associate professor at the Department of Introduction to the Clinic of JSC "Astana Medical University".
Since September 2010 until August 2019 - Dean for Internship and Employment of NJSC "Astana Medical University", since September 2019-Head of the Center for Postgraduate Education, since July 2020-Head of the Center for Internship and Residency.
The Internship and Residency Center (hereinafter referred to as the I&R Center) was formed due to the reorganization of the Dean's Office for Internship and Employment and the Dean's Office for Postgraduate Education.
The Internship and Residency Center is a structural unit that organizes the interaction of departments with departments of the university and coordinates the educational process of departments that implement educational programs of postgraduate education (internship and residency).
In 2009, due to the change in the structure of JSC "Astana Medical University" and the decision of the Board of Directors of JSC "AMU" dated February 4, 2009 No. 2, the internship sector was reorganized into the internship and employment department. In 2010, by the decision of the Board of Directors of JSC "AMU" dated 2.08.2010, the Internship and employment department was transformed into the Dean's Office for Internship and Employment. The Center for Postgraduate Education was established on September 09, 2019 due to the reorganization of the Dean's Office for Internship and Employment and the Dean's Office for Postgraduate Education.
The Internship and Residency Center was reorganized on July 02, 2020 according to the new organizational structure of the NJSC "AMU", approved by the Decision of the Board of Directors.
Training of highly qualified specialists in internship and residency in order to provide the healthcare industry with medical personnel.
The main task is to organize the educational process aimed at implementing the program of postgraduate professional education and improving the practical training of internship and residency students, improving the professional level and the degree of their readiness for independent medical activity.
The main activity of the I&R Center is to ensure the implementation of curricula and programs at the faculty. Types of activities of the I&R Center:
- planning, organization, monitoring and control of the educational process;
- information and reference advice for interns and residents on training issues;
- improving the quality of training of students, the introduction of new educational technologies;
- systematic consideration of the quality of educational activities at the meetings, analysis, adoption of corrective and preventive actions, recommendations for improving the processes;
- monitoring the quality of the faculty's activities, discussion, analysis and actions to eliminate shortcomings and improve processes.
During the internship and residency training, students constantly participate in international exchange programs within the framework of academic mobility (Slovenia, Italy, Japan, Turkey, etc.), also take an active part in the development of sports and scientific activities, taking prizes.
Every year, NJSC "AMU" graduates more than 1,000 young specialists in practical healthcare. All graduates are in demand and are employed in all regions of the Republic of Kazakhstan, so the employment rate is more than 90%.
