Quality management

 The quality management system has been functioning at the University since 2006 and meets the requirements for the QMS with the international standard ISO 9001: 2008.

Introduction of QMS at the chair establishes the method, order and criteria aimed at the continuous improvement of the effectiveness (quality of knowledge) and analysis of the interests of consumers. The standard helps to build an effective client-oriented management system, which allows meeting the expectations of customers.

Introduction of an effective quality management system requires the creation of a relatively small number (in relation to existing ones) of additional documents, and precisely those that are necessary for the comprehensive university management system.

One of the objectives of QMS is to systematize the documentation, i.e. there are folders that are implemented and maintained in working condition in accordance with the file register. There is a QMS booth at the chair, where all information is posted, as well as policies and goals in the field of university quality.
