History


In 2001, at the Kazakh Academy of Medicine was established mini-printing ofiice. Its role was to accompany educational process with polygraphic products. Teaching, cathedral magazines, manuals, forms for testing and other necessary materials for the educational process started publishing at the Academy. Over time, this mini-printing office expanded. The Management of "AMU" has acquired digital color printer, several multifunctional copiers Xerox, and monochrome risorgraph. Recent acquisition has significantly expanded opportunities printing-office.


In 2008, on the basis of the mini printing office Publishing and Printing Department was created. And in early 2009 in connection with the acquisition by the university status of the University center was transformed into the publishing and printing department.

Publishing and Printing Service according to the structural system of the Medical University of Astana is subject to the vice-chancellor for research activities. At the moment the possibility of printing has increased and you can print virtually the whole range of printing products: magazines, letterheads, business cards, books, soft cover, diplomas and certificates, cards and congratulatory addresses, pamphlets, booklets, blanks production of various types, lamination, prepress, creasing.


Targets: 
Publishing and printing department has been working on the direction of commercial activity. Contracts with JSC "NHM” and its subsidiaries, as well as other organizations on the subject of the delivery of publishing and printing services had been signed. In plans include further development and introduction to the market of the polygraphyc services in Astana.
